E-Health Online CEO Tim Vasko spoke at the annual COPHARM conference, which focuses on business management for the online pharmaceutical industry. Below is an excerpt of his speech:
"We must run businesses that have software, technologies, and connections that evolve with standards. As clear as the electronic trail is, anyone serious about business (in a high potential, high profit industry such as ours) would choose to conduct business with focus on the obvious: compliant technologies and processes that keep them competitive and successful."

- 05-30-05—1to1Pharmacy is Announced as a Finalist at the 2005 VIATeC Technology Awards
1to1Pharmacy has been nominated as a finalist for the Innovative Excellence award, which recognizes an organization that has researched and designed an innovative product, service, or process that is expected to revolutionize a sector, method or business, or way of life. The award winner will be announced at an award gala on June 28th.
VIATeC (Vancouver Island Advanced Technology Centre) is a not-for-profit, industry driven venture, which actively promotes and enhances the development of the advanced-technology industry on Vancouver Island.

E-Health Online CEO Tim Vasko was a faculty speaker at the 2005 TEPR Conference (Towards an Electronic Patient Record) in Salt Lake City this week. Below is an excerpt of his speech:
"Working outside the mainstream, innovators in this sector [e-health], have developed advanced technology and systems. Orders are placed, tasks are delegated, and inventory is maintained. Doctors view and sign prescriptions – without a sheet of paper in sight.
The result, for patients, is more than just savings and convenience – it's an electronic health record that their pharmacists, doctors and caregivers can access anytime, anywhere. It's interesting to note that a client of a, supposedly, “outside the mainstream” internet pharmacy is more likely to have established an EHR than one who patronizes mainstream institutions in the USA . "

- 03-21-05—E-health Online Presents at CIPA Annual General Meeting
E-Health Online attended the CIPA (Canadian Internet Pharmacy Association) Annual General Meeting as a vendor, March 17 th – 18 th, 2005. CEO Tim Vasko spoke to the membership regarding transitioning their companies towards a Global E-Pharmacy and necessary preparations. In addition, E-Health Online released plans for their E-Health Global Pharmacy Network BETA program to launch in the next few months. - 02-07-05—CEO Tim Vasko To Speak at the 2005 TEPR Conference
Tim Vasko has been invited to be a faculty speaker at the 2005 TEPR Conference (Towards an Electronic Patient Record) in Salt Lake City in May of 2005. The conference, which takes place May 14 – 18 th, is a leading healthcare technology event featuring over 450 faculty experts to address issues and perspectives on technologies and systems in order to improve the health care process.
Mr. Vasko will present a track on E-Prescribing entitled "The Global e-Pharmacy: A Working EHR System" which will focus on the global internet pharmacy as an existing working Electronic Health Record System.

For the second year in a row Tim Vasko spoke at the Conference for Online Pharmaceuticals (COPHARM). Hosted in Miami, Florida the COPHARM conference focused on business management for the online pharmaceutical industry and was attended by online pharmacy representatives, government representatives and other members of the pharmacy industry. The two day conference included speeches and discussion on topics ranging from Cross-Border Pharmaceutical Sales and Distribution to Pricing Issues and Ethical Procedures.
In his presentation, Tim Vasko (CEO of e-Health Online / Convergent Media Network) discussed how existing web-based technology and future developments will impact sales of pharmaceuticals within the USA and Canada. Mr. Vasko also described how this technology affects sales within other nations and on other continents.
